Plaid released the first video (and track) from their forthcoming album Scintilli (our September 27 in the US) yesterday. The track is called “35 Summers,” and the ethereal video featuring a woman vaguely battling an octopus was directed by Richie Burridge. It’s a strange video, but it might just have jumped up into my favorite videos of 2011.
