“Yum’s The Word” is a new show that blends old-fashioned birthday parties with modern- day storytelling. Each month comedian and storyteller, Robin Gelfenbien, throws a party for an audience member replete with Mad Libs, balloon animals and homemade ice cream cakes. Michael Stahl-David was a graffiti writer, pedi-cabber, and teenage revolutionary before becoming a professional actor. He was in the movies Cloverfield and Love and Air Sex. He’s been on some TV shows like The Black Donnelys, Don’t Trust the B— in Apt 23 and Newsreaders and on stage in The Commons of Pensacola and Picked. Peter Aguero was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. He is a Moth GrandSLAM champion and an instructor for The Moth Community Program. He performs, hosts, and produces storytelling, burlesque, and variety shows all over NYC. His most recent show, Daddy Issues, has been performed in Philadelphia, Vermont, DC, Las Vegas, and the Edmonton International Fringe Festival. Robin Gelfenbien is the self-proclaimed Ambassador of Fun and an NYC-based storyteller, writer and comedian. She’s a three-time Moth Story SLAM winner who has performed on PBS, RISK!, Mortified and countless other shows. She’s also shared the stage with Hannah Gadsby, Trevor Noah and more.

Robin is the Creator and Host of the storytelling series and podcast, “Yum’s the Word,” that features her homemade ice cream cakes.
