On Thursday, October 11, Robin welcomes storytellers Giulia Rozzi (Vh1, Jimmy Kimmel), Jiji Lee (UCB, The Soundtrack Series), Steven Berkowitz (The Moth, The Story Collider) and Colin Dempsey (The Liar Show, Singer/Songwriter) to share their funny true stories about “Sundaes – Vacation Stories.”
Ever since Robin was a little girl, her family has been making ice cream cakes for their birthdays. Since she left home, she’s been carrying on that tradition for her friends’ birthdays. They’ve been so popular that she decided to blend her passion for making ice cream cakes with her passion for storytelling, and Yum’s the Word was born.
“Ice cream cakes instantly remind people of their childhood, and I want to celebrate that nostalgia with the purest form of entertainment, storytelling. The show is about indulging your inner child and your sweet tooth,” said Gelfenbien.
This is a general admission event in The Gallery at LPR.
