Oddisee has released two studio albums, several EPs, mixtapes and instrumental albums, and has over 23 million plays on Spotify. He’s been profiled by NPR, the Washington Post, praised by Pitchfork and Stereogum, performed on NPR’s Tiny Desk, Red Bull Sound Select and at festivals including Glastonbury and Sasquatch. ‘The Iceberg’ follows two releases in 2016, the ‘Alwasta EP’ and the instrumentals album ‘The Odd Tape.’ His 2015 full-length ‘The Good Fight’ was a Top 10 album on the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap chart and he won the iTunes Music award for Best Hip-Hop Album of 2012.

RAVES FOR ‘THE ICEBERG’:

“He deftly uses his own experiences to reflect on the greater state of humanity, in all its beauty and flaws” – New York Magazine Vulture

“Oddisee dives deep, rapping blistering topical verses over a live band.” – Time Magazine

“A shrewd lyricist and observer, Oddisee has always been steadfast in his quest to expose uncomfortable truths” – NPR Music

“The DC rapper is underrated in every sense of the word and has been one of the most consistent cats to put it down, year in and year out” – Complex

“A scathing indictment of our current political landscape that still manages to sound smooth as f*ck” – Stereogum (on the song “Like Really”)

“One of the most intelligent, lyrically-gifted contemporary rappers” – Brightest Young Things

‘The Iceberg’ is a plea for understanding, an argument that once we peel back the superficial differences, we are not all that different from one another. It’s “art imitating life” says MTV, and a “reflection on the greater state of humanity, in all its beauty and flaws” (NY Magazine).

Evidence

Evidence, born Michael Perretta, never stops creating and he’s constantly perfecting his craft as an emcee, producer, photographer, director, and graffiti artist. He’s been a long a champion of hip-hop culture and advocate for the genre.

Evidence’s affinity for hip-hop and the culture began in the early 1980s, with his parents’ divorce and subsequent move from Santa Monica to neighboring Venice Beach. By the early 1990s, he became a graffiti artist painting hip- hop inspired hieroglyphics under the name PW in a group named MSK. Soon after he moved next door to QD3, son of producer Quincy Jones, Evidence started rapping. QD3, an accomplished West Coast producer, became one of Evidence’s major influences in his pursuit to create music.

From there, Evidence teamed with the likeminded Rakaa to form the group Dilated Peoples and after the success of their 1997 single “Third Degree” b/w “Confidence” and “Global Dynamics” on ABB Records – and the addition of DJ Babu to the fold a year later – the group quickly became a fixture on the hip hop tour circuit. As a collective, Dilated Peoples have toured the world and over a million albums, earning them a place in the hip-hop history books.

Evidence is also an accomplished producer and had his production work-featured on tracks for the Beastie Boys, Linkin Park, Swollen Members, Defari, Planet Asia and co- production on Kanye West’s debut album “College Dropout” which earned him a Grammy.

Evidence has released a pair of solo albums in the “The Weatherman LP” and “Cats & Dogs”. As a solo artist he’s collaborated with Aloe Blacc, Raekwon, Slug, and Prodigy, and had production from the Alchemist, DJ Premier, DJ Babu, and others. Evidence’s last solo release debuted within the Top 10 of the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, Independent Albums and Rap Albums charts while also reaching #64 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart.

In 2014, Evidence formed the group Step Brothers with fellow producer/rapper the Alchemist and unleashed their debut album “Lord Steppington”. The quickly hit the road and began touring across America, Europe, and around the globe playing to sold-out shows. The album garnered critical acclaim from the likes of Pitchfork, XXL, All Music Guide, HipHopDX, and was named one of the “40 Best Rap Albums of 2014” by Rolling Stone.

Dilated Peoples returned with their highly anticipated new album “Directors of Photography” on the Rhymesayers and cracked the Billboard Top 200 at #41 and debuted in the Top 10 on both the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Top Independent Albums charts.

Evidence is currently working on his third solo album for release in late 2015 on Rhymesayers.

Mr. Green

Mr. Green is an American DJ and producer from New Jersey, known for his production style of blending classic hip hop sounds with multiple different genres and sounds he records in the streets of different cities around the world.  He is the co-creator and host of the series Live from the Streets where every episode starts out as a street adventure and ends in a full song.  The show airs on Vice / Noisey.

Green has produced tracks for Snoop Dogg, Talib Kweli, ASAP Ferg, Lee Scratch Perry among others and has performed internationally several times (Brazil, China, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Spain, Russia, Ireland, England, France, Canada Belgium, Iceland, Colombia, and more) plus hundreds of shows in the United States.

On his latest tour through Europe in June 2018 he chose not to use any laptop or serato records during his performances.  Using only an SP404 beat machine and real vinyl records he had a successful run doing 6 shows through France and Germany.  During the trip he also produced 3 themed instrumental projects (‘Jahluel’s Records’, ‘First Day of Summer’ and ‘the day xxx died’) in Zurich Switzerland.

In the last year Green has released 14 instrumental projects including an EP with Westside Gunn called “FLYGOD is good… all the time”

S’natra

A product from the Harlem music scene, S’natra is paving his way to stardom while staying grounded to the city that raised him. Being raised by Dominican immigrant parents, S’natra found his connection to music through his father’s record collection, hearing Frank Sinatra’s voice bouncing off the walls of his family home. Through his early days navigating the New York rap scene, S’natra had released two mixtapes before ending up in the studio with Ivan Jackson of the Grammy-winning Brasstracks to start working on what would later become his first official full length project, Subject To Change. Following the release of Subject To Change, S’natra found himself opening for artists such as Isaiah Rashad, performing at Coachella, and playing at venues across the US, resulting in him signing with CAA.

S’natra’s debut mixtape Subject To Change was premiered by Okayplayer and met with critical acclaim. It draws inspiration from his roots in Harlem and his Dominican heritage and pays homage to New York’s classics such as Nas’ “Illmatic”. DJ Booth claimed Subject to Change was, “one of the year’s most lively and resonant releases.” NEST HQ claimed, “S’natra rides a dextrous flow, slipping between slow singing and rapid rhyme flipping.” Hypebeast said that Subject to Change, “put the game on notice” and Deli Magazine said that, “S’natrais one of the few emcees who is simultaneously fighting against and indulging in contemporary techniques, and it’s a winning combination.” Tracks like “Off Key” show off S’natra’s unique ability to switch up his style and flow allow for his storytelling to shine. His ability to go from a more trappy style into a soulful song like “Number One” allows for fans of all ages to agree that S’natra is on to something special.

S’natra recently appeared on Young Thug protégé and signee T-Shyne’s debut album The Immaculate on the song “9 Lives” where the two tell a very real and nerve racking story about life in the streets. Earlier this year S’natra performed at Live Nation’s Ones to Watch showcase and is headlining a show at Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right later this month. S’natra is an emerging artist with humbled roots traced to the city of Harlem where a growing community of fans, artists, and producers are rooting for him.
