Milán
Milán is the music of Maria Neckam, who has made a name for herself on the international stage as a unique and versatile singer/songwriter coming out of the New York downtown scene. She has been praised by the press — from the New York Times to NPR’s “A Blog Supreme,” and Le Monde in France — as a “trailblazer,” and “natural wonder.” She has also lent her voice to countless other artists’ projects, such as: four-time Grammy award winner Erykah Badu, composer Ted Hearne and the Brooklyn Philharmonic Orchestra, HipHop producer Mesta Bish, and Indie Rock artist David Bronson.
Milán is celebrating the release of her self-titled EP, which was produced by Jim Orso (Hot Chip, Holy Ghost!).

Edith Pop
Edith Pop is comprised of best friends Tim Oakley (formerly of Mathematicians and Phantogram) and Laura Hajek (pandha piranha), Aided by Oscar Allen on guitar and Miles Lally on bass. The songs featured on the premiere EP capture both the joyful hope and deep ennui of trying to reconcile the banality of daily life with the excitement of teenage faith in rock and roll. Based in New York, Edith Pop’s debut EP is currently an independent project produced in its entirety by Tim Oakley and Stitch.

Heidemann
HEIDEMANN is the music of New York based singer/bassist and electronic musician Monika Heidemann. After years spent collaborating with artists in both the electronic pop and experimental worlds, HEIDEMANN emerges as a solo artist, performing minimalist pop songs with electric bass and pulsing analog drum machines supporting her fearlessly intimate vocals. She is now offering her first 4-song EP, Orphan, including 3 original songs and an Abba cover, which she recorded on her own in Brooklyn and New Orleans over the last year and more recently co-produced and mixed by friends Jim Orso (HolyGhost!, The Yum Dee Days), Sal Principato (Liquid Liquid), Josh Ascalon, and Robin Macmillan.
