After more than 25 years as a New York based musician, and an 18 year founding member of Imani Winds, Jeff Scott presents his first collection of composed chamber music works. The Urban Classical Music Project vol. 1, funded by a successful KickStarter campaign, culminates in a CD Launch and Concert at Le Poisson Rouge on Monday, June 8th at 7pm. The event will be hosted by classical music radio personality, Terrance McKnight. Guest artists include Imani Winds, Jed Moss, Alex Brown, Ana Garcia Caraballos, Fernando Saci and Javier Diaz. PubliQuartet (represented by Concert Artists Guild) will perform a pre-concert set.
