Arc Waves releases their first full length studio album ‘the sound the circle’ and their first release on Campers’ Rule Records on November 17, 2017. Formed in 2013, the original quartet’s 2014 first self-titled EP gave nods to early 4AD and Factory Records. Since then Arc Waves dream pop sound has developed with equal measure guitars and synths into a darker, dreamier indie rock. Arc Waves is Elaine Lachica (vocal, synths, guitar, bass), Brandon Jaffe (lead guitar), Mike Hodges (drums, drum programming) and Joe Beach (bass, synths, vocal). The album was recorded and mixed by Gabe Wax (Beirut, Palehound) at Rare Book Room Studios in Brooklyn (War on Drugs, Deerhunter, Wye Oak) and mastered by Paul Gold at Salt Mastering. Arc Waves has played CMJ Festival, Northside Festival, Hypnocraft Presents, Rooftop Films, SoFar and WFUV’s ‘Dark Night of the Soul’
