Nigerian & London-raised Oyinda does it all – writing, singing and producing her own beautifully dark pop music. Through releasing her first EP Before The Fall and making her debut appearance at Lollapalooza in 2014, she has deservedly sparked the interest of the blogosphere. Her single “Restless” went #1 on Hype Machine the week of its release, with Billboard raving about her “intricately constructed tracks, often with brittle beats that give her expressive voice plenty of room.” Abeano also praises her “totally beautiful, smartly constructed pop,” while Rolling Stone has crowned her “R&B’s best kept secret.” As deemed by WXPN, she is definitely an artist to watch in 2015. With the start to the new year, Oyinda has begun creating her second EP.
