OVERVIEW:
(Le) Poisson Rouge is an 1100-capacity music venue and multimedia art cabaret founded by musicians on the site of the historic Village Gate. We present concerts, multimedia events, special events and late-night programming in the flexible-use main space, which features acoustic engineering by the legendary John Storyk/WSDG (Electric Lady Studios, Jazz @ Lincoln Center). The adjoining Gallery is an event space with diverse late-night party bookings and a fully functioning Art Exhibition space with quarterly installations.
(LE) POISSON ROUGE MARKETING MANAGER
The Marketing Manager oversees marketing, promotion, and media planning across all channels for Le Poisson Rouge. An essential member of the LPR Team, s/he reports directly to the Owners, works closely with the Music Directors, and managing a staff of assistants. This position is responsible for the creative marketing and promotion of all LPR events, in addition to maintaining overall brand consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3-4 years management experience in a high-volume music marketing office
* Proficient in all Adobe CreativeSuite programs, email campaign mailers, Google Analytics, and HTML
* Excellent interpersonal and general communication skills
* Excellent organizational and unsupervised time management skills
* Professional and discreet conduct in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
* Sponsorship and partnership marketing experience preferred
* Excellent references from 3 previous employers
DUTIES:
* Liaise with music directors, artist & label contacts to create individualized marketing campaigns
* Coordinate outreach and develop partnerships and corporate sponsorships
* Analyze and develop systems to benefit sales, customer acquisition and retention
* Manage communications and PR outreach, for performers, events, as well as venue-specific requests
* Oversee creation and collection of all collateral, including flyers, ads, web banners, in-house and outward-facing materials
* Supervise social media presence via marketing checklist
* Maintain email list, send weekly newsletters, and actively seek and contribute to subscriber growth
* Direct LPR Membership Program, administer benefits and manage growth
* Recruit, hire, train & supervise volunteers (office & street team) and manage scheduling
* Fulfill advertising placements and oversee LPR advertising and promotional budget
