Have you met the new cocktail menu?

Here at LPR, we take pride in our eclectic programming, a little something for everyone, ya know? Our motto has always been, “Serving art & alcohol,” so let’s not forget about the booze! With that in mind, we have launched a brand new cocktail menu to carry us into the new year. This list was crafted with love by LPR mixologists, Laura Smith & Amy Wilkinson (with a contribution from Renee Rogoff). Whether you like it ‘no frills’ or with ‘all the bells & whistles’, we’ve got a libation to stimulate that ol’ palette of yours.

…MEET OUR MIXOLOGISTS…

Laura Smith has lived in NYC for 15 years, working behind the stick for all but 4 of them. It was at Blue Smoke/Jazz Standard where she learned the ins and outs of cocktail basics and was able to put a few of her own creations on their list, as well as at Death and Company, under the tutelage of Phil Ward, who taught her an understanding of classic cocktails. This understanding is the basis for her new drink developments. This is her 4th cocktail list at (le) Poisson Rouge.

Amy Wilkinson began her cocktail adventures under the tutelage of Micheal Waterhouse and Dale DeGroff. From the posh perfume of Soho House NYC to the divey Dives of the Upper West Side; high brow-low brow dictates her style. Working tirelessly as a bartender, professional Makeup Artist, and Food Stylist in NYC for 12 years she brings all art forms and craft into her savory and inventive drink design.
