Vanessa Shealy has appeared onstage in over 30 professional theatrical productions, in independent films, on television and in national commercials. She is also a winner of the Kennedy Center ACTF Classical Acting Award. ​​As a playwright, her full-length plays include Tea in the Afternoon, American Drum Circle, and her short plays include A Captive Audience, Cataracts and Naked. Vanessa is currently working on a new comic book called Couri Vine, which will be released in this summer.
