Today at 10am tickets go on sale for the Ólafur Arnalds album release show with Ensemble LPR on April 18. Ensemble LPR will be performing as a 30-piece orchestra playing songs from Ólafur Arnalds forthcoming album For Now I Am Winter [Mercury Classics]. The album features arrangements by Nico Muhly — who is performing at LPR on May 14 as a part of an event co-presented by LPR and the Metropolitan Opera — as well as vocals from Arnor Dan of Agent Fresco, who will appear with Arnalds at this concert. Get your tickets quick, as Arnalds won’t be performing in the US again for a while after this.
