NYC nightlife vets DJ Cosi and Marc Smooth are excited to announce that we’ve moved our NYC Dope! Dance Party to The Gallery at LPR. This is incredible news as we’ve had many amazing nights at LPR and to be able to bring our new party to our old home is simply DOPE!

On top of that, we’ll be celebrating the birthday of one of the founders of The Freedom Party NYC and NYC Dope!, the man that makes you move and everybody’s favorite DJ, DJ Cosi’s Birthday and we’ve invited a few friends to join the festivities!

We’ve also teamed up with our favorite DJ Crew; The Elite Camp, for the launch of this exciting move and we have the talented DJ Unkle Chip and DJay Jung on the decks for the night as well. Expect a night of some dope tunes, incredibles dancers and some cool folks getting down.

Fresh off of their huge 14 year success with their Freedom Party NYC, they’ve set off on a new project to preserve the fabric of an authentic, old school NYC Dance Party! NYC Dope! will feature DJ Cosi and Marc Smooth along with some of the best Guest DJs in NYC spinning Old School Hip Hop, 90s R&B, 80s & 90s Pop, Soul Classics, Soulful House, Classic Rock,Dancehall Reggae, Soca, Afrobeats and some new “classic” joints that stand the test of time.

Every Saturday night join some of the best dancers in the city and a great crowd of New Yorkers who love to dance, sing, drink, party and create community! At NYC Dope we’re all about bringing together people from all walks of life to share the love of good music and dancing, it’s a family affair in here.

For us this is a “homecoming” of sorts as we’ve had many incredible nights in the main room. We’re so honored to be able to bring NYC Dope! to the Gallery for our new venture and can’t wait to host you! The Gallery features a BRAND NEW state of the art “Martin Audio” Sound System, huge bar and room to move. We can’t wait to make magic here.
