ADVANCE

If your show has been confirmed at LPR, you will be contacted by our production team to advance your show. If you have not received a production advance email within seven (7) days of receiving a confirmation email, or have any production related questions in the interim, please email production@lprnyc.com.

LOAD IN

Upon arrival to the venue at 158 Bleecker Street (btwn. Thompson and Sullivan Sts.) please buzz the buzzer labeled “STAGE” to the right of the main entrance. The crew will come meet for venue access and direct load in.

PARKING

Unfortunately there is no reserved parking at LPR as our side of the block is zoned as a loading zone at all times. LPR suggests street parking after load in, and there are numerous garages in the area if you are traveling in a car or SUV. Across the street on Bleecker is parking after 6pm on weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sundays. Alternatively, folks with Vans/Trailers, Sprinters, Bandwagons, and Buses sometimes opt to leave their vehicles in the loading zone and eat a ticket, which is normally $65 if you do get one. Buses and Bandwagons are usually left alone, and while we cannot guarantee that you will not be ticketed in the loading zone, many tours find this more convenient than finding street parking or being parked further away. Any questions, please reach out in the advance or ask crew day of show. Crossload and garage options that take up to Sprinter size vehicles (further away from Venue) can be forwarded.

LOADERS

LPR’s production staff assist with load in, but are NOT dedicated loaders and will not load if members of the touring party do not participate. Should you wish to be hands off, or have a large amount of gear please advance dedicated loaders which are an additional cost.
