Transmuting rhythmic glitches, sweeping strings, and existential lyrics, Tom Rogers is taking on a brash excursion into modern dance. His flavor of Cinematic Trance kicked off with debut release “Sector 5” climbing to #4 on the Beatport Trance Top 100. With DJ support from Sean Tyas, David Forbes, Artento Divini, Mike Saint-Jules, Kaeno, and many more, Tom continues to develop his music & progress further along his path.

Since 2010, he has performed with local and international talent such as Kyau & Albert, Ronski Speed, Eco, Thomas Datt, Victor Dinaire, James Gill, and Heavygrinder to name a few. He has received support from blogs including USA Trance Movement, EDM Insider, Syncronize.me, The Beatmill, and Undrgrnd Sound.

With performances under his belt at Santos Party House, LOVE NYC, Morgan Room, and Le Poisson Rogue among others, he has studiously learned the art of reading the crowd and heightening the overall texture of the night.

Music overcomes differences and unites everyone.

SAKET’s sets are based on the same belief. Never afraid to experiment, his music selections are groovy, dark and happy at the same time irrespective of different genres in the music scene.

Originally from India and now based in Washington, DC, SAKET comes from the family of musicians and developed his love for the tech house/techno music. His sets are unique in a way that you start tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date.

Jonny Zeslawski:

Jonny’s early musical influences were from from his Dad playing the likes of Jean Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode and Pet Shop Boys in the late 80’s/early 90’s.

Music became a huge part of his life and after the Dance Mania craze of ’95 in the UK, he was hooked! As Trance became huge towards the start of ’99. Jonny became heavily influenced by the likes of Ferry Corsten, Paul van Dyk and Armin van Burren.

Using his Dad’s old record deck, another he got from his cousin and a cheap 2-channel mixer, he started DJing in his bedroom using a small selection of records. Early favourites included Fragma – Toca Me (InPetto Mix), Atlantis vs Avatar – Fiji (Lange Remix) and System F – Out of the Blue.

As soon as he was old enough (uh, hmm…) he’d be seen at GodsKitchen most Fridays and PaSSion most Saturdays, listening the the biggest DJs and observing their skills in the booth. Jonny started DJing at pubs, small venues, house parties, birthdays and even weddings; anywhere to get more experience. One of his personal highlights being playing a Trance Classics Set in a 15th Century castle in England – at a wedding! Even the bride had glo-sticks…

Jonny moved to New York in 2015 and his musical style has developed further based on the thriving music scene in Brooklyn and Manhattan. He’d likely describe his style as “anything melodic, with cool beats, driving basslines and awesome riffs that makes people smile and move! I’d say I’m into everything covering Techy-Deep-Progressive-Melodic-Trance, but I’ll always tend towards 138!”

After a few years putting music on the backburner and playing at house parties with friends at his apartment in Brooklyn, he’s back and you can catch him across New York this summer, performing for Akashic Rift and Inoki Party.

Gabriel Egö:

Gabriel Egö is a New York City based Underground Dance Music DJ. His sound is a fusion of new and old school underground club music, ranging from subtle melodic sounds to the more up-tempo and energetic bass driven beats, building and blending music from all genres whilst taking you on a dance floor journey. He likes to say that each journey is determined by the time slot and the mood he is looking to create for either an opening, extended or closing set. He has played for some very recognizable promotion groups in NYC which include Insomniac, RPM, Esscala, Inoki, Symbiotic Knights, Akashic Rift and more. In the last year alone, he has shared DJ lineups along side domestic and international artists which include The Thrillseekers, Ben Nicky, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Jordan Suckley, Arctic Moon, Dezza, Zack Roth, The Professor Bo Pericic (of Filo & Peri), Tom Rogers, Mir Omar, Pirate Radio, Aldo Ron Sanchez, Jonny Zeslawski and Chris Element to name a few. All of the events played have been special but a couple of milestone moments were Silk Music Showcase #350 and Dreamstate NYC. Venues he has performed at in NYC are Cielo, The Brooklyn Hangar, Pacha, 37 Greenpoint, The Gallery at LPR (Le) Poisson Rogue along with 2 events in Miami during WMC 2016 at Repour and The Bunker.

Tim Cilento

It all started one cold October night in 2010. The track was Mirage by Armin Van Buuren, and it hit like a tidal wave of awakening a passion locked inside that was now breathing new life. Music had always been an escape but the sounds that entered his ears awoke the passion that he held back. This was solidified by an unlikely source, Skrillex. “Seeing the reaction of having thousands of people singing a song back with smiles all around and love flowing from every person made me want to dj”. After this there was no stopping him. He quickly jumped into making his own beats and melodies and after a few years of non-stop, painstaking work it finally paid off. He found the perfect balance of all things he loved that you can now hear in his flawless blend of Psy influenced, Uplifting Tech-Trance. Be sure to keep an eye and an ear out for this up and coming talent as he’ll be making waves in the years to come.
