THE SHOW Afterwork parties at The Gallery @ Le Poisson Rouge is bringing in 2013 for our THIRD edition.
Of course you know your gurl Ife´aka Miss I.D. will keep you dancing to music from the 70’s to today once again. R&B, Hip Hop, Disco, Funk, we’ll have it all, with special guest DJ’s we’ll soon announce. I definitely want the LADIES to come out represent and start 2013 off right.
We will be also celebrating THE MOST DANGEROUS – DJ MELL STARR aka Mr No Headphones in Harlem! So come on down and wish our Brother a Happy Birthday!!

Miss I.D. aka Ife’
Ife´:
A thirteen year radio veteran, currently working as the Morning Announcer for WBAI 99.5, as well as Host/Producer of “The Show”, a Soul/Funk/R&B/Hip Hop overnight show on WBAI. In June of 2004, Ife created and executive produced a yearly radio marathon called The Hip Hop TakeOver, or HHTO. The HHTO brought together radio host and DJ’s, rappers/emcees, Hip Hop historians, authors, and politicians who had a common goal of teaching the origins of hip hop, and preserving its fundamental elements. In 2010, The HHTO was voted as one of the “Top Five Best Things in Hip Hop in New York” by Birth Place Magazine.
