About We Resist!
With the social momentum and widespread unrest in our country right now, it is undeniable there is a movement of musicians explicitly responding to injustice through music and art. We Resist! is pleased to spotlight and support meaningful music and inspire a progressive strong inclusive community.

Ticketing Policy

TABLE SEATING POLICY

Table seating for all seated shows is reserved exclusively for ticket holders who purchase “Table Seating” tickets. By purchasing a “Table Seating” ticket you agree to also purchase a minimum of two food and/or beverage items per person. Table seating is first come, first seated. Please arrive early for the best choice of available seats. Seating begins when doors open. Tables are communal so you may be seated with other patrons. We do not take table reservations.

A standing room area is available by the bar for all guests who purchase “Standing Room” tickets. Food and beverage can be purchased at the bar but there is no minimum purchase required in this area.

All tickets sales are final. No refund or credits.

Drummer/composer LaFrae Sci believes music can heal the world and is trying to do her part one day at a time. In addition to being a founding teaching member of the Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls and a faculty member of the Middle School Jazz Academy at Jazz at Lincoln Center, LaFrae has toured, recorded and worked with a myriad of Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, world music and Hip-hop artists. LaFrae also serves as a Jazz/cultural Ambassador for the U.S. Dept. of State through the Rhythm Road American Music Abroad program. Currently LaFrae is leading her Blues band, The Scenic Route on a tour of NYC schools on behalf of Jazz at Lincoln Center, and getting ready to record with her new band The 13th Amendment? which interprets Negro Spirituals through the modern languages of Jazz, Blues, and World Fusion.
