On Friday, December 18th, it’s time to spread some holiday joy at HO HO BINGO!, a benefit for the Ali Forney Center, which provides shelter for homeless LGBT youth.
The event is a special edition of LE BINGO, which takes place every Friday and Saturday in The Gallery at LPR (in the Gallery Lounge), featuring wisecracking drag performer Linda Simpson calling numbers and giving away incredible prizes, from discount-store delights to a cash jackpot. Also on board for HO HO BINGO! is DJ Formika and drag ingenue spokesmodels Glace Chase and Miss Blair. Special media guest is Noah Michelson of The Huffington Post.
*Happy Hour is from 6:30–7:30pm.
*Games are from 7:30–9:30pm.
*Free Admission, with Bingo card sales (and $2 each) and donations going to charity.
It’s an action-packed live gameshow for a fabulous cause!

Just ask Linda Simpson, who joined New York’s gender-bending scene in the 1980s. Over the past twenty-five years, she’s shined as one of the drag world’s most multi-faceted DQs, as a nightlife personality, media maven, performer, game-show hostess and drag documentarian. Known for her witty demeanor, fine-tuned camp sensibility and unique blend of sass and class, she enthusiastically embraces the role she was born to play—a reigning queen!
