Tom Brosseau learned acoustic guitar from his grandmother and has toured every year of his career – Japan, Canada, Portugal, Iceland, Australia, the USA; has performed in bars, backyards, grand halls, theaters, barber shops and old folks homes.

Sean Watkins (Nickel Creek, Watkins Family Hour) and John Parish (PJ Harvey) produced Brosseau’s 2014-2016 albums, a trilogy. While living in Los Angeles and playing at the renowned club, Largo, Brosseau met actor John C. Reilly with whom he performed as a member of John Reilly & Friends. Brosseau has been featured on NPR’s All Songs Considered, Weekend Edition & First Listen; his songs included in Judd Apatow’s Netflix series, Love, and in the Showtime series, Shameless.

Tom Brosseau’s new album, Treasures Untold is a collection, 10 songs – 6 from the Great American Folksong Book and 4 originals, recorded live at a private event in Cologne, Germany. The liner notes are by Daniel J. Levitin, a musician and author, among other works, of This Is Your Brain On Music.
