About Wycliffe Gordon:

Named Downbeat Magazine’s Critics Choice Award Best Trombonist from 2012 – 2014, and again in 2016 (what were they thinking in 2015), Wycliffe is a man that every music fan should seek out. A highly memorable live performer, on The CO-OP LP Wycliffe penned the composition “The Theme,”, and the solo multi-trombone track “Okay”.

About Derrick Hodge:

Blue Note Recording Artist and celebrated composer and bassist, Philadelphia born Hodge is a musical chameleon equally adept at R&B, Hip-Hop, Gospel and Jazz. A deeply emotional live-performer, Hodge penned the lead-off track on The CO-OP – a tune titled “Simplicity”. He also wrote the album’s penultimate track “Now or Never”.

About Jeremy Pelt:

One of the preeminent trumpeters of our era, Pelt is a growing global icon of the instrument. Jeremy produced The CO-OP LP and is a fantastic writer. He penned the electrical assault found on side B of the record titled “Jake’s Dilemma” – the man can do it on both ends of the proverbial court….

About Kendrick Scott:

A drummer and composer of versatility and depth, Kendrick has recorded and toured with jazz royalty Herbie Hancock Pat Metheny, and Terence Blanchard among many others. His voice is distinctive and unmistakable. His composition “Journey” is the anchor of The CO-OP LP and his performances and music create an aura of love, hope and beauty…

About Warren Wolf:

A multi-instrumentalist hailing from the great city of Baltimore, Maryland. Warren is a master mallet percussionist, and a member of the San Francisco Jazz Collective. Warren can flat out play and write as evidenced by his haunting composition titled “Katrina” that leads off side B of The CO-OP LP, and sets the mood for the homestretch of the record. Like his colleagues in this band, Warren is an electric performer who you just cannot take your eyes off of. Be on the lookout for Warren to break out the mini-mallets for the Glockenspiel during this show – a thing of amazement….
